The entertainment begins at 8pm in the dining room with
three sets each lasting forty five minutes

Dinner from 6pm - last orders 10pm

Bacon wrapped barbeque shrimps with a tangy barbeque sauce
Manhattans Caesar salad with aged Parmesan anchovies & crisp pancetta
Six Fines de Claire oysters shucked on ice with traditional condiments
Cream of tomato soup with a mascarpone cheese & pesto crouton

200gr grilled Wagyu tenderloin with sauteed mushrooms & black truffle sauce
Grilled Australian lamb chops with tomato garlic & rosemary
Grain fed Berkshire pork chop with sweet apples & brandy sauce
Braised rump steak with baby onions & red wine
Pan fried salmon with Maine lobster & spinach sauce
Grilled king prawns with spiced basmati rice & curry sauce
