The card must be signed by the holder of the card before use. 4. Additional Gold Club cards are limited to a maximum of 3 per company. 5. Please book in advance and specify your VIP card number. 6. The card is valid for dine in only. 7. On arrival please present your card to verify your booking. 8. The card maybe used as frequently as you wish. 9.
