Early Dining Menu - April


Appetizers

  • French onion soup with grilled cheese crouton
  • Smoked salmon, avocado & crab roulade with grain mustard dressing & fresh herbs
  • Antipasto plate, a selection of cold meats, cheese and roast vegetables
  • Caesar salad

Main course

  • Slow braised pork belly with gratin potatoes, spinach & red wine sauce
  • Marinated grilled chicken breast, mushroom sauce, potato & bacon sauté, dressed salad  
  • Char-grilled rib-eye steak (200 gr), steak fries, mixed salad or vegetable medley béarnaise or pepper sauce
  • Steamed salmon, pea & potato puree tomato white wine & dill salsa

Dessert

  • Chocolate cappuccino mousse with almond cookies
  • Warm lemon tart with crème fraiche
  • Vanilla & chocolate ice cream, home made wafer & fresh strawberry
  • Fresh fruit platter
